After installing, build one small explainer artifact from this template's own sample so I can see what it produces. Title it "Icebreaker bingo — example". Then ask whether to build the real thing.

When you show the example, say in two sentences what it is: one link that deals each person their own bingo card of "find someone who…" prompts from a shared pool, marked on their own phone, first full line wins. Then ask me, in one short message: (1) what the gathering is and how many people will be there; (2) the tone: a work kick-off, a school class, a neighbourhood party, a family reunion; (3) anything to avoid, such as health, money, drinking or anything a person might not want to say in front of colleagues; (4) whether I want 5×5 or a quicker 3×3 or 4×4. Write around thirty prompts that are true of some people in the room and fun to ask about, pick a seed, and show me the pool before you publish.

The game. "prompts" is the pool every card is dealt from: short "find someone who…" statements, at least as many as the grid has squares (24 for 5×5 with a free centre); about thirty makes cards feel different. "seed" is any string: with it, each person who deals a card by name, or opens the link with ?card=Name, gets their own shuffle of the same pool, and the same name always gets the same card. "size" is 3, 4 or 5 (default 5); "freeSquare" is the centre square's text on odd sizes (default "Free"; send an empty string for no free square). "title", "event" and "instructions" frame it.
